On TraderFrame’s model, agent credits pay for the agent’s model work, such as the Trade Agent’s looks and the AI Pine Script generator when it writes or changes your script, answers past 30 free questions a day, or reads a chart, file or link you attach (even within those 30). Personal agents and the generator live in the Build window.

How it counts

How trades and agent credits are counted

Trades

Every trade recorded on your account in the period counts, on demo and live alike: the trades your bots open, and trades imported from MetaTrader 5 history, which count in the period they were opened. Orders that fail don’t count. Free counts each calendar month (UTC); a paid plan counts each month from your billing date, on yearly billing too. When the month’s trades are used, bots stop opening new ones until the count resets, and open positions and their exits keep running.

Agent credits

One allowance pays for the agent’s model work. On TraderFrame’s model, the Trade Agent spends 1 credit a look on Claude Sonnet 5 and 5 on Claude Opus 5, and checks the engine settles on its own cost nothing. On Standard and up, the AI Pine Script generator in the Build window spends the same credits on TraderFrame’s model: 30 questions a day are free, then 1 credit each, and writing or changing a script costs what it costs us, never less than 1 credit (you need 2 left to start). Its other model work, such as reading a chart you attach, is charged the same way, even within the free questions. With your own AI model key, on Basic and up, the agent’s model work costs no credits: your AI provider bills you instead. A trial still has no agent, even on your own key. Plan credits reset each billing month, on yearly billing too.

Change or cancel

Change plans or cancel at any time.

Move upStarts as soon as you pay the difference for the time left in your current period. It’s charged right away, not added to your next bill.
Move downStarts when the period you paid for ends. You keep the bigger plan until then.
Monthly to yearly, or backStarts the day you switch, on any plan, once anything owed is paid. A new billing period begins that day and is charged right away, less what’s left of the period you had paid for. If what’s left is worth more, as when you go back to monthly early in a year, nothing is charged and the rest is kept as credit for your next bills.
CancelYour plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free.
Over the new limitsIf you run more bots than the new plan allows, every running bot pauses; if you hold more broker accounts than it allows, every account stops taking new orders. A bot that splits across two accounts pauses on a plan without the router. The app then asks which to keep. Nothing is deleted, and open positions carry on.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free needs no card and includes 30 trades a month (demo trades count), 2 bots running at once and 1 broker account, demo or live. The Trade Agent, the Journal, copying and chat messages start on Basic.

What counts as a trade?

To use them from day one, choose Pay now at checkout: the plan and its agent credits start straight away.

What is an agent credit?

The unit the agent’s model work is paid in. On TraderFrame’s model, a Trade Agent look costs 1 credit on Claude Sonnet 5 and 5 on Claude Opus 5, and checks the engine settles on its own cost nothing; on Standard and up, the AI Pine Script generator answers 30 questions a day free, and writing or changing a script costs what it costs us. Can I run more bots than my plan allows?

Your plan sets how many bots run at once. Paused bots don’t count, so pause one to start another.

Does a demo account count as a broker account?

Yes. Demo and live accounts count together, so Free’s one account is demo or live.

Are there copy-trading fees?

No. Copying a bot costs no fee, for you or for its author.

How do I pay?

By card, in US dollars, at checkout in the app.

Does a bigger plan mean better results?

No. A plan buys capacity and tools, not results. Trading involves risk, and TraderFrame does not guarantee profits or prevent losses.
