Where the numbers come from

Every result comes from a recorded trade

Recorded, never typed

Results are trades TraderFrame placed or synced from a connected account. Nobody types in a P&L.

Broker-reported

MetaTrader 5 results arrive through the trader’s own EA, Interactive Brokers results through their Bridge.

Demo and live, said plainly

Bot cards carry a Demo or Live tag. Trader rows don’t: their trade columns follow your Demo/Live view, and the TDF score counts demo and live together.

Against what it cost

ROI and drawdown are measured against the account’s recorded starting balance.

How the board works

How is the TDF score calculated?

Each day can earn up to 100 points: 30 for habit, 35 for results and 35 for risk control. The board shows your average daily score over the season you pick, counted from your first scored day or the start of the season, whichever is later. A day you skip counts as zero.

Does the most profitable trader rank first?

Not on the default sort. The TDF score weighs habit and risk control alongside results. Switch the sort to Top gain to rank by net P&L, or to Top ROI or Top win rate.

Do demo trades count?

Yes. The TDF score counts demo and live trades together. The trade columns and the Top gain, Top ROI and Top win rate sorts follow your Demo/Live view, and every bot card carries a Demo or Live tag.

How often does it update?

Most of the score is settled once a day, at 01:00 UTC for the day before. Some points land as soon as you earn them. The board recomputes every time you open it.

Who can see the leaderboard?

Anyone signed in to TraderFrame, on any plan, Free included. On Free you can earn up to 90 points a day: the 10 Checklist points come from a journal entry, and the journal starts on Basic.

Will I appear on the board?

Yes. Every TraderFrame account is listed, ranked or not, and anyone signed in can open your profile. To hold a rank you need points on at least 3 days of the season.

Can I copy a trader from the board?

You copy a bot, not a trader. Open the Bots tab or a trader’s profile, choose Copy this bot and send the request; nothing runs until the author approves. Copying needs Basic or above, and approving copiers needs Standard or above. There are no copy fees.

What do I need to hold a rank?

On the TDF score, at least 3 days in the season with a scored part; a newer account needs one on every day since its first scored day. Below that you’re still listed, under the ranked traders. Top gain, Top ROI and Top win rate have no floor. Bots need settled trades in the season: 5 for This week, 15 for This month, 30 for This year or All time. Ranking a bot on ROI also needs a recorded starting balance.

What are the badges?

Five badges are awarded on the 1st of each month for the month before: Top Trader, Signal Guru, Daily Streak, Rising Star and Market Navigator.
