This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you. It is designed to comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA") and applies to your use of our website, software and services.
Personal data you provide: when you register for or use the Software you may provide your first and last name, email address, Broker-account email, and any information you submit through support channels or forms.
Payment information: payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details on our own systems.
Log files: like most online services, we log standard information including internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), date and time stamps, and referring/exit pages. This is used for analytics and administration and is not, by itself, linked to personally identifiable information.

We rely on your consent and on the performance of our contract with you (these Terms) as the basis for processing. You may withdraw consent for direct marketing at any time by emailing [support@traderframe.io] or using the unsubscribe link in our communications; withdrawing consent does not affect processing necessary to provide the Services you have requested.
We may share personal data with: (i) Brokers, solely to enable the Software to interact with your trading account as you direct; (ii) service providers and processors (e.g. hosting, analytics, email, payment processing) acting on our instructions; (iii) authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights; and (iv) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. We do not sell your personal data.
Our website and Software may use or link to third-party services (such as TradingView, MetaTrader, analytics and advertising providers). Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We encourage you to review them.
As a Singapore-based company operating globally, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, and to comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
